Exchange Policy

Customers who wish to exchange a product can do so under the following terms:

    • The request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

  • Shipping Charges for Exchange:

    • Customers must bear the shipping charges for the exchange.

  • Exchange Process:

    • Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it.

    • If approved, we will dispatch the requested replacement.

  • Out-of-Stock Situations: If the requested product for exchange is out of stock, customers may opt for a refund or select another item of equivalent value.
